8.2.12. Copy_Coords

This plugin captures map coordinates of the click to paste them into a spreadsheet. No key combinations needed.

After installation you’ll find the plugin in the Plugins toolbar: button_copy_coord

Also you can activate the module via menu :menuselect:`Plugins ‣ Copy_Coords ‣ Copy coordinates`.

When the plugin is active, your cursor becomes a green arrow. Click on the map to copy the coordinates to the clipboard. Paste from the clipboard as usual.

Coordinates are copied in the project CRS. Use SHIFT to copy coordinates in EPSG:4326 (WGS 1984) independently from what your current CRS is.
